Role / Production Manager

In 2011 Le Fooding relaunched the 3rd edition of the mythical “Foodstock Sessions”. Combining modern acoustic music and gastronomy, the festival was held at the MAC / VAL – Museum of Contemporary Art of Val de Marne in Vitry-sur-Seine – where every night for 3 nights about 1500 guests were able to taste delicious culinary creations by the bonfire.

The concept of Foodstock is simple: gather people around braziers to attend acoustic concerts (Camelia Jordana, Brigitte, Benjamin Biolay, Fredrika Stahl, Alistar and Zach Miskin, etc.) while enjoying dishes prepared by brilliant chefs like Gregory Marchand (Frenchie, Paris) and Camille Lesecq (Le Meurice, Paris) as well as signature cocktails by Jameson.

As Production Manager I was responsible for communications and logistics with brand sponsors, partners, chefs, mixologists, talents, and suppliers. I also supervised the local production teams, graphically designed site plans, tickets to the event, and managed preparation and operation of the event on site.

*Part of the profits from the entrance was donated to the benefit of the association “Les Enfants du Congo Béthanie”

Tickets sold out in 20 minutes.

Every evening 1 exhibit, 3 live shows, 2 chefs & open bar cocktails by Jameson = 500 Parisians at the suburbs  a.k.a. mission impossible accomplished!
